08/13/2023Rebecca B.LOVE this vacuumIt arrived today and set up was very easy. Plug in the base and sit the vacuum to charge. It was at about 60% on opening and was at 100% in less than an hour. I filled the tank and cleaner. There’s a QR code you can scan to download the app, create account and sync to bluetooth, wifi, or if you have Alexa. I have hardwood floors so vacuumed first, then switched to using the cleaner fluid with roller. It really cleaned because the water and particles were disgusting. I had no idea my floors were that bad! Super easy to clean. LOVE the self cleaning so I didn’t have to mess with the roller. However, I decided to give the product a try, hoping it would help solve this issue. Upon receiving the product, I was impressed by its visually appealing and innovative design, which stood out compared to other similar products in the market. The product did not require disassembly, and had a distinct industrial design.

Before using the product, I added cleaning solution and turned on the cleaning solution switch, which activated a cool, living oxygen blue light. The wireless design made it incredibly convenient to operate, and the device could also be connected to an app. Cleaning and disassembling the filter, clean water tank, sewage tank, and brush was a breeze. The LCD screen provided prompts during cleaning, making it easy to adjust the volume, mode, power, and dirt level. Additionally, the device offered multiple languages, catering to a wider range of users.

After using the device, I noticed that it thoroughly cleaned and handled the floors, leaving no foreign matter or odor on my wooden floor. The device was then placed on the charging stand for self-cleaning, and it was easy to clean the sewage tank after a few minutes. The product also had a wet and dry separation function, allowing for easy disposal of dry garbage and sewage. I wanted an all-in-one cleaning device which would be a vacuum cleaner + sweeper + electric mop at the same time and so very few brands actually have it. I got this cause I trust the brand.
I am very satisfied with this product:
-Simple and convenient to use: wireless is a huge thing for me!! Cords just get me frustrated, they get tangled and it’s hard to reach places.
-The whole installation and cleaning process is also simple, add water + cleaning solution before use. You can also switch btw water and cleaning solution so I feel like I don’t waste the solution when I don’t need to use it.
- Good cleaning effect: it cleans everything, rugs, carpet, grease on the floor, mud you name it. It cleans dog hair better than my vacuum+manual brush combined. And it does it in one swipe.
- Cleaning: They even included the brush to help clean the water tank and the brush afterwards and the brush has a hook for removing the hair! The rolling brush cleans itself! And you only need to replace it once in 6 month. It is also self drying. I have dust allergies and my skin react strongly when I clean pretty much anything, so I have to minimize the interaction with the dirty cleaning devices. 08/28/2023RICH DSmooth vacuum...This is an interesting futuristic vacuum. It comes with a nice charging stand and stands up on its own (unlike our expensive Dyson vacuum). It has a color screen and a futuristic voice that tells you different things.

It does not work unless you fill the top part with water. Once you do and get it going, it's actually on the quiet side for a vacuum. And it glides across the floor. You don't have to hold a trigger or anything to keep it on. There is a cool LED light ring that lights up the water holder so you can see how much water is left. It would be nice if there was a light on the vacuum part as well to light up the floor in dark corners.

The water lasts for about 10-15 minutes of vacuuming. The battery lasts much longer than that. I found it does better on floors than on the carpet. It leaves the floor a little wet like a mop but it does work even with just water and no cleaning solution. The vacuum part picks up dust and other small stuff while you are cleaning the floor, which is nice.

What I don't like about it is because of the water, it is pretty annoying to clean. Instead of just dumping the dry debris into the trash and continuing to vacuum, the dust and hair and debris gets wet from the water making it much harder to clean out the bin. It's almost better to hose it off outside because I don't really want to rinse that stuff down the sink drain and clog it. The water in the bin is dark brown when I empty it, showing that it really is working.

If you are patient about cleaning it out, this really is a nice vacuum/mop. I actually enjoy using it.See the complete review
